In this video, Mike Huckabee explains how the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child may be used to remove kids from their homes for normal parenting issues by giving examples how a similar Washington state law was used in the past. The Washington state law was repealed, but now we are facing the UN law doing the same thing in ALL states.
We need to worry about this because our Constitution makes international treaties (the Convention is a treaty) supreme law of the land. This means that the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child will supercede state laws in the areas of child and family law.
