Smoothie for Bladder Health

I've been battling a bladder infection.  Knowing that cranberries and blueberries can both help with bladder infections, I created a smoothie just for that purpose.  And is good.  And healthy in general.

Bladder Health Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

1/2 cup sweetened cranberry juice (Ocean Spray 100% juice)

1 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup fresh baby spinach

1 banana

1/4 cup raw honey

Blend well. Makes 18 ounces.
