My Weird Kid

This almost six year old boy living in my house is one weird kid.  I have no idea where he gets some of the things he comes up with.  We call them Josh-isms.

He painted the above picture today.  I asked him what it is, and he replied, "A rockstar with lots of pants and a maze.  [In the maze] the red is evil.  The green's nice. I made all of the red green because I wanted to make it all nice."

Recently, he asked me to cook "that healthy food that I like."

Another time he told his father, "Daddy, you smell tired."

Eating jello, he asked, "When you touch your jello, why does it feel like juice?"

Or...

"It's ok to wear armpits."

Or...

"Daddy, why do you always sometimes sit by Mommy?"

We never know what he's going to say.
