Brain Surgery?

We're not sure what Josh thinks he's doing but it sure looks like brain surgery is one of the options.

He likes to stick his finger up his nose, and I mean, way up his nose. It actually makes your eyes water just to see him doing it. Here's he's using his right hand.

While he prefers his right hand, he can do it with his left hand, too. Does that mean he's ambidextrous?

Then there's the double-handed whammy!

Of course, it just cracks him up. He thinks our reactions to his "brain surgery" is oh so funny and prompts even more nosey adventures.
